Interesting Donate Your Account Campaigns

Occupy Wall Street permalink

They run Donate Your Account on their own servers. Always thought DYA was the online equivalent of Mic Check! permalink

Citizen Radio permalink

If you sign-in you'll see a leaderboard on the right. Citizen Radio has held the #1 position for a very long time. They have 841 Twitter donors and 498 Facebook donors. Their messages are constantly pegged to the top of Twitter search results for given hashtags and keywords. permalink

Obama for America FL permalink

The first Obama campaign setup on Donate Your Account. There are a few dozen of these state accounts on DYA. permalink

Truthout permalink

Independent and original reporting. permalink

National Building Museum permalink

Hasn't been utilized yet but I love this kind of usage. permalink

Rock the Vote permalink

Rock the Vote is a brand I actually recognize. Hopefully they drive for more donors and remind people to vote in the upcoming election. permalink

The Other 98% permalink

I think is some sort of institutionally acceptable version of Occupy Wall Street. They built up their donor base quickly. permalink

Brietbart News permalink

This makes me laugh. permalink

NC Victory permalink

I'm a liberal but Donate Your Account is for everyone. This is one of the better uses by a conservative platform. permalink

Republican Party of Pennsylvania permalink

Another campaign that I personally wouldn't support. Points for trying though. permalink

EBHS Zombie Prom permalink

A high school drama club setup this campaign linked to a Facebook page for a play they were putting on. They didn't end up using it but another interesting intent. permalink

Pablo Francisco permalink

This campaign was created in advance of a comedian's Comedy Central special. permalink

American Wind Energy permalink

Wind energy organization that signed up very early. I'm a donor. permalink
