REACT has been open sourced

REACT is a software requirements management tool developed by Matt Kent and I at Reactualize.  It will be an Open Source Web Application and offered as a freely hosted service in the near future.

The first step in deploying this idea was open sourcing our active and live codebase.  You can check out our git repository and follow it on github here: http://github.com/reactualize/react
